What payment methods can I use?
You can use the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard.

What is your returns policy?
If you’re not happy with your item(s), you can return them for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, and you must have your receipt and/or delivery documents as proof of purchase. You can return your unworn items to the send address.

What are your delivery charges?
Our standard home delivery and handling charge is different for each country in Europe. Our Clarks will be delivered within seven working days. The delivery charge is confirmed when you place your order.

My goods have arrived faulty, how do I get a refund?
You can send the goods back to the send address. You will receive a full refund, including delivery charge, on any faulty items.

When do I get my refund?
If you return your goods by post, we will process your refund once we have received your items. Please allow at least 14 days for the payment to be credited back to your account. This may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment.

What is my three-digit security code?
Your three-digit security code can be found on the reverse of your credit/debit card, generally on the signature strip. Also known as a Card Security Code (CSC), or Card Verification Value (CVV), you are asked to disclose it when making online or telephone purchases to prove card verification and help prevent credit/debit card fraud.

What is the delivery time of my order?

The orders will be delivered within 7 working days.

How do I get my shoes delivered?

Shoes will be delivered by post at your home address. The delivery depends on the country witch organization will deliver the order.

Do I get warranty on my shoes?

We give 6 months warranty on all our shoes. This is with normal use only. We see warranty as repairing or repaying the shoes.

How can I find out if my shoes are on stock?

Only the stocked sizes are shown in the size matrix.

What do the different “FIT” sizes mean?

Clarks shoes fit quit small in length. You can find the sizes on the size table witch are shown on every product page. 

The different width fittings are:

Mens

F – Narrow mens fitting

G – Standard mens fitting;

H – Width mens fitting;

Womens

C – Narrow womens fitting;

D – Standard womens fitting;
